Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use our API services.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.3 Pricing

Current pricing for credits is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion.

4.4 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Unused Credits

If you have not used any of the purchased credits, we will issue a full refund upon request within 7 days of purchase.

5.2 Partial or Full Usage

Once you have used any portion of your purchased credits, no refund will be issued for the entire purchase. This is because the OpenAI API resources have already been consumed and cannot be returned.

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund for unused credits, please contact our support team at marco.langhe.ai@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you create using our Service.

6.2 Third-Party Platform Rules

Our Service may facilitate interactions with third-party platforms such as social media services. You acknowledge and agree that:
